The Real Health and Fitness … program will provide you with unrivalled support to make your goals a reality.  I want to make it clear, I’m not talking about health coaching alone.  What I offer is complete wraparound support.  Depending on your goals and priorities, you can expect:

  1. Health coaching from an experienced health and wellbeing coach.
  2. Exercise and activity advice and support, from a qualified and experienced, advanced personal trainer.
  3. Nutritional advice and support, from a qualified nutrition adviser specialising in weight loss and athletic performance.
  4. Behaviour and habit change advice and support from a qualified behaviour change specialist.

It’s like having a full team of people behind you, every step of the way, and every member of that team understands everything about your individual journey.

You’ll finally be free from the noise, confusion and frustration of trying to change, you’ll move away from the never ending cycle of failing and starting again.  Instead, you’ll have a simple, clear plan, with easy to achieve actions that’s tailored to fit you and your life.

 

Online or in-person.

No matter where you are, you can still get the support you need.

For those of you living in the north east of England (depending on location), we could meet in person , but for most people, the online option is the best one.  Online sessions can be held using Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp and a bespoke video conferencing system, if you don’t have access to those platforms, so, one way or another, we’ll get together.

 

Delivery.

Here’s a rundown of how the program works.

  • Initial consultation – up to 90 minutes (week 1)
  • Up to 10 x 1 hour, 1 to 1 support sessions (week 2 onwards, depending on your needs)
  • In-depth exploration of your current health and wellbeing
  • Clear vision on what you want to achieve and why
  • Specialist assessments when you need them, to help you meet your goals
  • Simple, focused and specific action steps for you complete
  • Ongoing personal messaging (Mon – Fri) support, accountability
  • Extended access times to provide support and answer your questions
  • Access to ANY additional or bespoke resources you need (courses, books, handouts, planning sheets, to name a few)
  • Regular reviews and feedback to make sure you stay on track and help you build sustainable habits and behaviours
  • Access to all your assessments, plans bookings etc though an interactive app.
  • 12 week duration
